Ingredients: 1/4 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup crushed blackberries, seeds removed
2 Tablespoons blackberry liquor
2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
a 6.5 ounce bag of tiny marshmallows
1 graham cracker crust, place in refrigerator to chill
In a large saucepan, mix marshmallows with milk. Cook over low heat until melted. Cool. Add liquor and berries. Stir together. If using real whipped cream, beat it until peaks form, otherwise use Cool Whip and fold into marshmallow mixture. Turn into a chilled graham cracker crust. Freeze for several hours before serving.
